Request account deletion

1. Send an email to our support team at support@plateapp.co using the email address associated with your Plate account.
2. In your email, include your Plate username so we can identify your account and process your request.

What data is deleted

When we process your request, we delete your Plate account and associated data, including:

• Account details (email, username, profile photo, and bio)
• Your posts and media
• Activity tied to your account (likes, comments, follows, and saved items)

What we keep

We may keep limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. That data is kept only as long as needed for those purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

What happens next

Once we receive your request, our support team will verify your account and process the deletion. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request.
